The manufacturer's regular Super Clear Casting Epoxy guide recommends no more than 200 milliliters in a single pour. That is a volume instruction, not a statement that any mold under a certain depth is acceptable. A broad, shallow tray and a narrow ornament can require very different amounts despite sharing one dimension.
This formula is mixed in equal volumes. No manufacturer-verified weight conversion was established in this review, so a ratio taken from another resin or a forum measurement should not be treated as an approved substitute.
The guide gives forty to fifty minutes of working time and distinguishes demolding from complete cure: eight to twenty-four hours for removal, depending on project size, versus two to three days for full cure. Small or thin castings may need longer. Keep those instructions separate from the company's coating, fast-cure, and deep-pour products.
