ArtResin is easiest to plan around its intended thin layer of approximately one eighth inch. For a painting, photograph, or mixed-media panel, that is a useful starting point. For a deep block containing flowers, it means repeated layers and a different schedule from a dedicated casting formula.
The manufacturer specifies equal volumes of resin and hardener and tells users not to substitute equal weights. It calls for at least three minutes of mixing and about forty-five minutes of working time. Warming the bottles can improve flow but also reduces that window.
Allow the work to remain protected after it first feels dry. The published twenty-four-hour touch-dry and seventy-two-hour full-cure timings are based on a thin layer. A thicker project should not inherit the same deadline without checking its conditions. ArtResin's separate Industrial Clear product should also stay out of this formula's comparison data.
Plan the measuring and mixing stage
≥3 min scraping sides/bottom; pour promptly. Manufacturer instructs volume, not weight.
A universal numerical batch cap was not established in the documents reviewed. Ask the manufacturer to confirm the permitted mixed amount for your planned geometry and temperature.
